I threw a favorite things party when I lived in Buffalo last year and it was so much fun. I have been wanting to do one here with the girl friends I have made here. It took me forever to finally do it but The party was so much fun. It was a fun group of girls. I just thought I would share some pictures of the party.
This is the invitation I came up with. It came out totally different than I had envisioned, but I loved how it turned out. I used chalk board vinyl for a sticker on the outside to write there names on.

This is the set up before the girls came. So no food yet. I wanted to snap it before it got too dark. I just used all the random chairs I have all stacked in my garage from photography.
These are the centerpieces. The morning of the party I had no decorations made. I didn’t even know what I was going to do, luckily it came together.
One of the girls brought stuff for Italian Sodas and they were yum. I didn’t take a picture of all the stuff but this is the glasses. The picture on the right is of the recipe cards (I had all the girls send me recipes so they could take them home), a banner we put together, and in the box below I had a bunch of hair bows, clips and headbands that everyone got to choose from.
These were bags for the girls to take all their stuff home in. I spray painted wood tags with chalk board paint. I thought it would be fun they could reuse them if they wanted. The right picture is the name tags for the food.
TThis is a rag banner I hung above the table. It was super easy and quick to make.
The food was all so yummy! It was so fun to try what everyone brought!
II had a banner for each girl to make and take home. I had them all draw a number and then they chose their banner when it was their turn. I had made a bunch of different color schemes and didn’t know how to let them know the colors so I punched out each color and put it on a circle tag and taped it on the front of the bag.
Every one just crafting away. It looks pretty intense
These are the favors they took home. I put a bunch of my favorite chocolates inside.
All the beautiful Ladies who attended.
A picture of some of peoples favorite things. I didn’t do a good job at taking pictures of all of them.
